We sat down with Thilo Mohan, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Xerox, to learn what the company is all about.

3. You mentioned Xerox is the leading enterprise for business process and document management, with sales of $22 billion. What does a day in the life of a Sales Representative at Xerox look like?
As a sales representative at our Xerox Authorized Agency, you will market the full line of Xerox products and services in a defined territory of current Xerox customers and non-customers alike. This position will be concerned with short term sales activity within an account as well as developing and implementing a longer term strategy to ensure Xerox will retain customer accounts and continue to obtain future business. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets for new business sales and renewals, providing existing account coverage and development of new accounts, developing appropriate strategies (short & long term) to suit business needs and requirements of customers and non-customers and meeting Xerox Canada’s Customer Satisfaction goals by effectively resolving all customer issues.
4. So what does Xerox look for in potential candidates? What is the ‘X-factor’ Xerox looks for in its employees?
