Conference Director | BBA 2027

Alefiya Asghar is a second-year BBA student at the Schulich School of Business and is serving as YMA’s Director of Conference this year. She plans on pursuing a specialization in marketing and business analytics. She can imagine herself working in a role where she gets to incorporate both her problem-solving and creative side in one.

Brought up in Dubai, Alefiya loves the sun so she’ll never miss an opportunity to explore the outdoors when the weather is warm and toasty outside. Alefiya cannot resist good food and is always on the hunt for Toronto’s best eats. Alefiya truly believes in giving her 100% in whatever she puts her mind to and is ecstatic to embark on her YMA journey.
